This vital role involves supporting secondary pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, guiding their development and fostering a positive educational journey. Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils with SEMH requirements, enabling their access to the curriculum.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote a calm and productive learning atmosphere.
* Assist pupils in developing emotional regulation techniques and coping mechanisms.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to pupil wellbeing.
* Facilitate the successful reintegration of pupils
