About the Role
A respected school in the Berkshire area is seeking a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary team. This mainstream setting requires adaptable support for pupils across various learning needs, including special educational needs. We are looking for an individual available for various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent positions, starting as soon as possible. The role offers a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110, providing crucial assistance within the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide effective in-class support to primary pupils.
* Assist with the planning and delivery of learning activities.
* Implement tailored strategies for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and colleagues.
* Prepare and organise learning resources as required.

About You
* You hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* You possess relevant experience working within a primary school setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine commitment to supporting pupil development.
* You exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* You show initiative and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
