This role offers flexibility with contract options ranging from daily supply and short-term placements to long-term and permanent opportunities, providing a competitive daily salary of £95 - £110. Key Responsibilities
* Nurture and support the holistic development of children in the early years.
* Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for play and learning.
* Assist with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and personal care.
* Encourage positive social interactions and foster good behaviour amongst children.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging activities.
* Communicate warmly with parents and carers, providing updates on their child's progress.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
* Hold a relevant qualification in Early Years (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3) or demonstrate equivalent experience.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrate a patient, nurturing, and empathetic approach to working with young children.
* Be a proactive and collaborative team player, keen to contribute to a supportive staff culture.
* Show a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
