Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver stimulating Biology lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Science department's curriculum.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and resources.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Possess a strong academic background in Biology, with a specialism in Chemistry.
• Demonstrate a commitment to creating an inspiring and effective learning environment.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a passion for student development.
• Be an enthusiastic and collaborative team player, eager to contribute to departmental success.
• Relevant experience teaching Biology at secondary level is essential; Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply.
