Key Responsibilities
* Proactively support the learning and development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Creatively assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that foster holistic growth and exploration.
* Effectively manage small group work, encouraging collaborative play and problem-solving skills.
* Consistently monitor pupil progress, adapting support to meet individual learning needs and overcome developmental hurdles.
* Actively contribute to maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child can flourish.
* Skillfully support children with additional needs, ensuring their full participation and successful development.

About You
* Possess demonstrable experience working within an EYFS setting, understanding its unique demands and rewards.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for early childhood education and developing the potential of young minds.
* Display excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, staff, and parents alike.
* Demonstrate an adaptable and resilient approach to daily challenges in a busy and evolving classroom environment.
* Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years.
* Are committed to fostering an environment where every child feels valued, inspired to learn, and empowered to explore.
