About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated school within a vibrant nursery setting in Wokingham, Berkshire. We are seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to provide essential support across various age groups. This role offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with an immediate start available. You will play a crucial part in fostering a positive and stimulating environment for our youngest learners, contributing to their early development and well-being. The daily rate for this rewarding position ranges from £95 to £110, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive care and support for children aged 0-5 years.
* Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities.
* Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children.
* Support children’s personal care routines, including feeding, changing, and nap times.
* Collaborate effectively with the nursery team and parents to promote children's well-being.
* Observe and accurately report on children's developmental progress and any concerns.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for working with young children and their development.
* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable.
* An understanding of early years foundation stage (EYFS) principles is beneficial.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach to your work is essential.
* You hold a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
