Key Responsibilities
* Deliver specialised support to primary pupils diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
* Implement structured routines and consistent behavioural strategies effectively.
* Utilise a range of sensory strategies to meet individual pupil needs and promote engagement.
* Facilitate and enhance communication development through various supportive techniques.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff and external specialists to achieve pupil learning objectives.
* Monitor, record, and report on pupil progress and well-being diligently.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting primary-aged pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
* Exhibit a patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach to pupil learning and development.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
* Capable of working independently and as an integral part of a supportive educational team.
* Committed to upholding a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all pupils.
* Hold relevant qualifications or training in Special Educational Needs, particularly ASD.
