Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils with their learning journeys, both individually and in small groups.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
* Implement strategies to support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.
* Promote positive behaviour and a stimulating classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Contribute to a safe and supportive learning environment for all children.
* Observe and provide constructive feedback on pupil progress to the class teacher.
About You
* Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Possess previous experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within a mainstream setting.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting pupil development and well-being.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with staff and parents.
* Show resilience and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.
* Be committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere for every child.
