About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers to join a well-established school in the Newbury area, offering a range of exciting opportunities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This is a fantastic chance to embark on your teaching journey, with various contract types available including permanent positions, long-term placements, short-term engagements, and daily supply work. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment from ASAP, contributing to the academic and personal growth of young learners.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement stimulating lessons that cater to diverse learning needs across the primary phase.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to aid development.
* Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff, and colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and participate in extra-curricular activities.
* Uphold the school's ethos and policies, promoting a culture of respect and high expectations.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are an Early Career Teacher looking for your next step.
* A genuine passion for primary education and a deep understanding of child development are essential.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and parents alike.
* Your classroom management strategies are effective, ensuring a productive and respectful learning space.
* You demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to all aspects of school life.
* A commitment to ongoing professional growth and embracing new teaching methodologies is key.
