Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning strategies effectively.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and adapting lessons for SEND pupils.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to regular assessments and reviews.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development throughout the school day.
About You
* You possess previous experience supporting children with special educational needs in a primary setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for inclusive education and child development.
* Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are patient, resilient, and adaptable to various learning situations and individual needs.
* You hold a relevant qualification or have a strong commitment to professional development in SEND.
* You are proactive and able to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
