About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join a thriving school. This pivotal role involves nurturing the foundational learning experiences of young children within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. We are open to discussing various contract options, including long-term, short-term, permanent placements, or even daily supply, to find the right fit for both you and the school. This is an immediate start opportunity for an inspiring educator ready to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement a creative and stimulating EYFS curriculum that fosters holistic development.
* Cultivate an inclusive, safe, and exciting classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Accurately assess, monitor, and record pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, promoting effective communication.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and wider school staff to enhance learning outcomes.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare for all pupils.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere.
* Hold a comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
* Be a proactive and collaborative team player, eager to contribute to a supportive staff community.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional growth and reflective practice.
