Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across various key stages.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
* Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and review of the Science curriculum.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department and across the wider school.
* Actively promote and safeguard the welfare of all students within the school.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) working towards it.
* You demonstrate specialist subject knowledge in Physics, coupled with a broader understanding of Science.
* You are deeply passionate about inspiring young people in the fascinating world of Physics.
* You have an exceptional ability to engage and motivate secondary students of all abilities.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and refining your teaching practice.
