About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and adaptable SEN Supply Teachers to join a well-established school in the Newbury area. This rewarding opportunity offers the flexibility of daily supply and short-term contracts within specialist primary SEN provisions. You will have the chance to apply your expertise across diverse educational settings, supporting pupils with a wide range of additional needs. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to individual pupil needs and learning styles.
* Implement Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) effectively, ensuring all pupils receive appropriate support.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with support staff and colleagues to ensure continuity of care and education.
* Adapt teaching strategies swiftly to accommodate diverse SEN requirements across different provisions.
* Contribute to the overall well-being and development of primary-aged pupils with special educational needs.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience working with primary-aged children with SEN.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of various special educational needs and effective support strategies.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in dynamic and varied classroom environments.
* Hold a genuine passion for inclusive education and fostering every child's potential.
* Be skilled at building strong rapport with pupils, colleagues, and parents swiftly.
* Maintain a proactive and positive approach to daily challenges and opportunities for growth.
