This exciting opportunity invites a dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to work across a network of forward-thinking primary schools in the Biggleswade area. You will deliver engaging and effective lessons, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils from EYFS to Key Stage 2. This flexible role offers a variety of contract types, including daily supply, short-term, long-term, and even permanent positions for the right candidate, commencing as soon as possible with a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching across various primary year groups.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and pupil needs.
* Maintain excellent classroom management and a positive learning atmosphere.
* Implement pre-prepared lesson plans effectively and creatively.
* Provide constructive feedback to pupils, fostering their academic development.
* Collaborate positively with school staff and leadership teams.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant primary teaching experience.
* Possess exceptional adaptability and resilience when facing new challenges.
* Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills, fostering a supportive environment.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for primary education and pupil progress.
* Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Be available for immediate starts and various contract lengths.
