About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant to join a well-established school located in the thriving South East region of Berkshire. This vital role involves supporting the learning and development of young children within the Early Years Foundation Stage. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals available for an immediate start, with various contract options including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support to young learners within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging educational activities.
* Promote a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Support children with special educational needs, ensuring inclusive practices.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff to enhance the educational experience.
* Contribute to the assessment of children's progress and developmental milestones.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early childhood development and learning.
* Previous experience supporting children within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting is highly desirable.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learning needs is essential.
* You are a collaborative team player, keen to contribute positively to the school community.
