Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across the curriculum, catering to diverse learning needs.
• Inspire students through creative and well-resourced practical experiments and demonstrations.
• Assess student progress thoroughly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Contribute positively to the development of departmental resources and schemes of work.
• Maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages participation and respect.
• Actively participate in the wider school life and community events, fostering a sense of belonging.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Possess a strong academic background in a Science specialism, suitable for secondary education.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching Science and inspiring young people.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to student well-being.
• Be a collaborative team player, eager to contribute to a supportive department.
• Bring experience at any stage of your career, from Early Career Teacher (ECT) to Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
