Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lessons across key stages, stimulating intellectual curiosity.
• Plan and prepare innovative schemes of work that captivate student interest and promote deep understanding.
• Assess student progress diligently, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and can thrive.
• Contribute actively to the wider Science department through collaborative planning and resource development.
• Ensure a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to optimal learning experiences.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Chemistry degree.
• Possess a proven ability to deliver engaging Chemistry and broader Science lessons at secondary level.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and a positive approach to student learning.
• Show a strong commitment to raising academic attainment and fostering student well-being.
• Be a collaborative professional who thrives in a supportive team environment.
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply, alongside experienced professionals.
