Key Responsibilities
* Effectively supervise students in the classroom, maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
* Deliver pre-set work across various subject areas, ensuring tasks are completed by pupils.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, upholding school policies and expectations consistently.
* Provide appropriate support to students, promoting engagement and understanding throughout lessons.
* Liaise with teaching staff regarding student progress and any observed issues promptly.
* Adhere to all safeguarding procedures and school regulations rigorously at all times.
