About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a network of respected schools in the vibrant Kettering area, providing essential primary cover. We are seeking adaptable educators to support various primary year groups, offering flexible contracts ranging from daily supply and short-term assignments to longer-term roles. You will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning, stepping into diverse classroom environments with confidence and professionalism. This position offers a competitive daily rate between £145 and £160, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons with enthusiasm and clarity across primary phases.
* Effectively managing classroom dynamics and pupil behaviour to foster a positive learning environment.
* Adapting swiftly to varying school policies, routines, and educational settings.
* Providing constructive feedback on pupil progress and engagement where appropriate.
* Collaborating professionally with teaching assistants and school staff to support pupil learning.
* Upholding the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within primary education.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience when working in different school settings.
* Demonstrate strong classroom management techniques and the ability to inspire pupils.
* Have an unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* Be a proactive and reliable professional, ready to embrace new challenges.
