Key Responsibilities
* Support the holistic learning and development of children within the EYFS framework.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging educational activities.
* Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
* Provide targeted support for children with special educational needs, adapting approaches as required.
* Prepare and organise learning resources to enhance classroom experiences.
* Observe and accurately record pupil progress, contributing to assessment and reporting.
About You
* You possess proven experience working within an Early Years or primary school setting.
* A genuine passion for inspiring and supporting the youngest learners is evident in your approach.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with children and staff.
* The ability to collaborate effectively as a valuable member of a dedicated team is paramount.
* You are known for your patience, creativity, and adaptable nature in a busy classroom environment.
* A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and its implementation is desired.
