Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons across Key Stages, specifically French and Spanish.
* Plan and prepare innovative curriculum content that inspires linguistic curiosity.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate learning.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment where all students feel valued.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to departmental development.
* Participate in extracurricular activities that promote cultural understanding and language acquisition.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications in French and Spanish.
* Possess a proven track record of teaching MFL successfully at secondary level (ECTs are encouraged to apply).
* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for languages.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate diverse learners.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and personal growth.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
