About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver exceptionally engaging Physics lessons across all secondary key stages, sparking curiosity and deep understanding.
* Cultivate a rigorous and inspiring learning environment that encourages independent scientific inquiry in both physics and chemistry.
* Implement comprehensive assessment strategies, providing precise and actionable feedback to accelerate student progress.
* Actively contribute to the ongoing development and innovative enhancement of the broader Science curriculum.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues, sharing expertise and best practices to achieve collective departmental success.
* Establish a positive, inclusive, and challenging classroom atmosphere where every student is empowered to achieve their full potential.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and hold a strong academic background in Physics or a closely related scientific discipline.
* Demonstrate an inspiring and profound subject knowledge of Physics, coupled with the capability to teach Chemistry confidently at Key Stage 3.
* Be a passionate and dynamic educator, fully committed to your own continuous professional development and growth.
* Exhibit a proven ability to motivate students, fostering academic excellence and a genuine enthusiasm for science.
* Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
* Be adept at creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that effectively challenges and supports
