Key Responsibilities
* Designing and delivering stimulating Maths lessons that ignite curiosity and achieve outstanding pupil progress.
* Implementing a diverse range of teaching strategies to cater to varied learning styles and abilities.
* Assessing, monitoring, and recording pupils' academic development, providing constructive feedback to accelerate learning.
* Contributing to the development and enhancement of the Maths curriculum, ensuring it remains dynamic and relevant.
* Actively participating in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives, fostering a collaborative educational environment.
* Upholding the highest standards of classroom management and pupil welfare, creating a positive and productive atmosphere.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are an ECT, MPS, or UPS level Maths specialist ready for a new challenge.
* You demonstrate an unwavering passion for mathematics and a genuine desire to inspire young minds.
* You exhibit exceptional classroom management skills, cultivating an inclusive and respectful learning space.
