We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school. This exciting opportunity offers flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, all commencing as soon as possible. The successful candidate will receive a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110, supporting young learners in a nurturing and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging early years activities.
* Support children's learning and development, both individually and in small groups.
* Help create a stimulating and safe classroom environment for young pupils.
* Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress within the EYFS framework.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to uphold the school's inclusive ethos.
* Provide essential support for children with Special Educational Needs where required.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are patient, adaptable, and show initiative in your daily tasks.
* You have previous experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* You are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* You hold relevant qualifications or experience for a teaching assistant role.
