About the Role
We are actively seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join a range of innovative primary schools across the vibrant Maidenhead area. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring educators to embark on their teaching journey within supportive and forward-thinking environments. You will have the chance to apply your skills across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, tailoring your experience to roles that best suit your developing expertise. We are recruiting for diverse contract types, including long-term, permanent, short-term, and daily supply positions, commencing as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum to diverse student groups.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and encouraged to learn.
* Plan and prepare creative lessons, differentiating instruction to meet the individual needs of every child.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
* Actively participate in professional development opportunities and embrace ongoing mentoring to refine teaching practices.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be eligible to undertake your Early Career Teacher induction.
* Possess a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and colleagues alike.
* Exhibit a proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in dynamic and evolving school settings.
* Show enthusiasm for continuous professional growth and a dedication to reflective practice.
* Be an organised and resourceful individual, capable of managing classroom responsibilities effectively.
