About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking primary school seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. You will play a crucial role in providing essential support to children with special educational needs within a vibrant mainstream setting. We are currently looking for compassionate individuals for various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, with an attractive daily rate of £95 - £110. The school is eager to welcome a new team member to start as soon as possible, contributing positively to the school community.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing tailored support to individual pupils or small groups with Special Educational Needs.
* Assisting the class teacher in preparing differentiated learning materials and activities.
* Fostering an inclusive classroom environment where all children can thrive.
* Monitoring and recording pupil progress, reporting observations to the class teacher.
* Supporting pupils' social and emotional development throughout the school day.
* Collaborating with colleagues to implement individual education plans effectively.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
* Hold relevant experience working with primary-aged children, particularly those with SEN.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Are patient, empathetic, and resilient in your approach.
* Are committed to contributing positively to a supportive school environment.
* Exhibit a proactive attitude and a willingness to engage in professional development.
