We are looking for an individual who can commit to either long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent engagement, starting as soon as possible. The position offers a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110, reflecting the importance of this integral support role within the school community.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing direct assistance to the class teacher in daily lessons and activities.
* Supporting individual pupils or small groups to achieve their learning objectives.
* Adapting learning materials to meet diverse pupil needs, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children within the classroom.
* Supervising pupils during break times, lunch periods, and school trips, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Contributing to the overall vibrant atmosphere and smooth running of the primary classroom.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children's development and well-being.
* Hold relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Be adaptable and proactive, eager to contribute positively to a dynamic school environment.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and best practice in education.
