Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver tailored, engaging lessons to primary-aged pupils with special educational needs.
* Implement a wide range of teaching strategies to support individual learning styles and abilities.
* Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff to maximise pupil progress.
* Manage pupil behaviour positively, adhering to established school policies and procedures.
* Ensure the safety, welfare, and personal development of all pupils under your care.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and can demonstrate a strong track record.
* You have significant experience working with primary-aged children in SEN settings.
* You exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience when transitioning between different school environments.
* Your communication skills are outstanding, allowing you to connect effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You hold a genuine passion for making a profound difference in the lives of pupils with additional needs.
* You are available for daily and short-term supply assignments, including immediate starts.
