About the Role
Join a ambitious school in Berkshire seeking a dedicated Intervention Teacher to support pupil progress across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This vital role involves delivering targeted academic support to small groups and individual learners, focusing on core subjects to bridge learning gaps and accelerate attainment. We are looking for an inspiring educator available for immediate commencement, with flexible contract options ranging from long-term to permanent, offering a competitive daily rate of £150 to £180.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver targeted intervention programmes across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Assess pupils' specific learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to integrate intervention strategies into the broader curriculum.
* Monitor and record pupil progress meticulously, providing regular feedback.
* Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
* Contribute to a whole-school approach to raising academic standards.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess demonstrable experience in delivering effective primary interventions.
* Have a strong understanding of the primary national curriculum across all key stages.
* Demonstrate excellent pedagogical skills and a child-centred approach.
* Be adept at building strong rapport with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* Show a proactive and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
