We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide essential support across our vibrant early years setting, with opportunities available for various contract types including daily supply, short-term, long-term, and potential for permanent placement, all commencing as soon as possible. You will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where our youngest learners can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the overall development and well-being of young children within the nursery.
* Assist with the planning and implementation of engaging educational activities.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment at all times.
* Contribute to the smooth running of daily routines and transitions for the children.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to enhance the nursery provision.
* Observe and accurately report on children's progress and individual needs to senior staff.
About You
* A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development.
* Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting is highly desirable.
* Possess a nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic demeanour in all interactions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to supporting classroom activities.
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children in your care.
