Key Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding Physics lessons across a range of key stages, inspiring a deep appreciation for the subject.
• Develop and implement stimulating schemes of work and lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress effectively, providing targeted feedback and support.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
• Actively contribute to the wider school community and departmental initiatives.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of curriculum developments and best practices, particularly in Physics and Chemistry.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Possess a robust academic background in Physics, complemented by a strong specialism in Chemistry.
• Demonstrate exceptional classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive start to your career, or an experienced teacher (MPS/UPS) ready for a new challenge.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for your subject, capable of inspiring and engaging students of all aptitudes.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and parents.
