This role provides a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, with an immediate start available for proactive professionals ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons across various primary year groups, adapting rapidly to diverse classroom environments.
* Cultivate a positive and productive learning atmosphere, consistently fostering pupil engagement and academic progress.
* Implement effective classroom management strategies, ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive educational space for all.

* Provide comprehensive cover, diligently following pre-planned lessons or demonstrating initiative to deliver appropriate learning activities.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, demonstrating a robust foundation in primary pedagogy and curriculum knowledge.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving amidst the dynamic challenges presented by diverse school environments.
* Demonstrate outstanding classroom management skills, capable of ensuring an orderly yet inspiring
