Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across the secondary age range, ensuring curriculum coverage.
• Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where all students can thrive.
• Assess student progress accurately, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department to enhance teaching practices.
• Contribute positively to the wider school community through extracurricular activities or initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and safety within the laboratory and classroom settings.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) along with a strong academic background in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• Demonstrate an unwavering passion for your subject and a commitment to inspiring secondary students.
• Possess exceptional pedagogical skills and the ability to create a dynamic learning atmosphere.
• Be adept at fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Show a proactive approach to professional growth and contributing to whole-school initiatives.
• Exhibit excellent organisational skills and a dedication to student welfare and academic achievement.
