We offer a variety of contract options, from daily supply and short-term placements to long-term roles and even permanent opportunities for the right candidate, allowing you to tailor your work to your lifestyle. You will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment, earning a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across various secondary subjects to engage students.
* Maintain a positive and orderly learning environment, managing classroom behaviour proactively.
* Ensure student safety and welfare at all times, adhering to school policies and procedures.
* Provide constructive feedback to students where appropriate, supporting their academic progress.
* Uphold the professional standards and values of each school visited.
* Communicate effectively with teaching staff and school administration regarding student progress and any issues.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as a Cover Supervisor within secondary education.
* You are adaptable, resilient, and confident in managing diverse classroom settings.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with students and staff.
* You have a genuine passion for supporting student learning and maintaining educational continuity.
* You are proactive in your approach, capable of quickly understanding and implementing school procedures.
* You hold an enhanced DBS check or are willing to obtain one.
