Key Responsibilities
* Deliver inspiring and effective French and Spanish lessons to secondary pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Develop innovative schemes of work and resources that foster a love for language learning.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement.
* Contribute actively to the vibrant MFL department, sharing best practices and ideas.
* Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and challenged.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess excellent subject knowledge in both French and Spanish up to GCSE level, with potential for A-Level.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for modern foreign languages and a commitment to pupil success.
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to begin your journey, or an experienced teacher seeking a new challenge.
* Exhibit strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
