About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Assess student progress accurately and provide constructive feedback to support learning.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.
• Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum and departmental initiatives.
• Participate in extracurricular activities that promote language learning and cultural appreciation.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, carers, and colleagues regarding student achievement.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Be a specialist in French and Spanish, able to teach across the secondary age range.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and innovative teaching practices.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a student-centred approach.
• Show enthusiasm for inspiring a new generation of linguists.
• Be available to commence this permanent role in September, or potentially earlier.
