Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Design and Technology lessons across all key stages.
* Plan and prepare creative schemes of work that challenge and inspire students.
* Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment within workshop areas.
* Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities.
* Actively participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a strong passion for Design and Technology education.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* Be adept at differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth.
* Have the ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
