About the Role
A dynamic school in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, is actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistants to join their thriving primary team. This is an exceptional opportunity to support pupil learning and development within a mainstream setting, including vital SEN support, with an immediate start available. We are offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110 for various contract options, from flexible daily supply to rewarding long-term, short-term, or even permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide invaluable in-class support across the primary curriculum.
* Assist the class teacher with the preparation and organisation of engaging learning activities.
* Deliver targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, particularly those with Special Educational Needs.
* Contribute to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
* Monitor pupil engagement and progress, reporting observations effectively to the teaching staff.
* Help to implement positive behaviour management strategies consistently.

About You
* You hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or an equivalent.
* You possess demonstrable experience working effectively with primary-aged children.
* You exhibit a genuine passion for education and a commitment to children’s holistic development.
* You communicate clearly and empathetically with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
* You are fully committed to upholding safeguarding policies and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
