Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lessons across relevant key stages.
• Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with curriculum objectives and school policies.
• Maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment within the laboratory and classroom.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance the Science curriculum and share best practices.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and departmental initiatives to enrich the student experience.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Chemistry degree.
• Possess strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Chemistry.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and pedagogical skills.
• Be committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
• Show a dedication to continuous professional development and personal growth.
• ECTs are welcome to apply; experienced teachers are also strongly encouraged.
