Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver stimulating Design & Technology lessons across key stages.

* Cultivate a positive, safe, and inclusive learning atmosphere within the workshop and classroom.
* Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of the DT curriculum.
* Implement effective classroom management strategies to maximise learning opportunities.
* Participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* You have experience teaching Design & Technology at secondary school level; Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply.
* A genuine passion for inspiring pupils through practical and creative design is essential.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils and colleagues.
