Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual secondary pupils experiencing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health challenges.
* Implement agreed behaviour management strategies to promote a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
* Assist pupils in developing essential emotional regulation skills and self-awareness.
* Support students' successful reintegration into their learning environment and academic activities.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to pupil development.
* Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive space for all students.

* You possess demonstrable experience working with young people who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
