About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join a flourishing school, contributing to a vibrant early years environment. This crucial position involves supporting the youngest learners, fostering their holistic development through engaging activities and nurturing interactions within a stimulating private day nursery setting. You will play a pivotal role in shaping foundational learning experiences, helping children thrive and meet key developmental milestones.

Key Responsibilities
* Support children's learning and development through creative play and structured activities.
* Assist with daily routines, ensuring a smooth and organised nursery environment.
* Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive space for all pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with the early years team to deliver high-quality provision.
* Observe and accurately record children's progress, identifying areas for growth.
* Promote positive behaviour, social skills, and independence among the children.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for early years education and childcare.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with children and colleagues.
* Exhibit the ability to work proactively and independently, managing your responsibilities efficiently.
* Show a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Hold relevant experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
* Be adaptable to various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent opportunities.
