Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored specialist support to primary pupils on the autism spectrum.
* Implement structured routines consistently to create a predictable and supportive environment.
* Utilise effective sensory strategies to meet individual pupil needs.
* Facilitate and enhance communication development through various approaches.
* Collaborate with the class teacher and wider team to ensure holistic pupil progress.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil engagement and development.
About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting pupils on the autism spectrum.
* You are skilled in creating and maintaining effective structured routines.
* You have a strong understanding and practical application of sensory support techniques.
