About the Role:
Join a dedicated team at a specialist SEN school in Bridgnorth as a SEN Teacher, commencing this September. This role offers an opportunity to make a genuine impact, starting on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent position. You will be responsible for delivering key educational support to Key Stage 2 students, enhancing their learning experience and helping each child achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet the needs of SEN students in Key Stage 2.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external specialists to provide comprehensive support.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
• Contribute to the development of an innovative curriculum.

About You:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience working with SEN students, particularly within a primary setting.
• Strong understanding of the needs of Key Stage 2 learners.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of students.
