Dunbar Education is seeking a skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in the Telford area. This role focuses on providing support to children with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, behavioural challenges, and SEMH.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support for children with SEN
- Implement individual education and behaviour plans to promote progress
- Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with SEN students in a primary school setting
- A current DBS registered on the Update Service
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
