Dunbar Education is recruiting on behalf of a primary school in Northampton that is looking for an Early Years Practitioner.

The school is now looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our dynamic team.
Job Description: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of children within Reception. You will work closely with a team of professionals to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate a range of activities to promote children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families, ensuring each child feels valued and supported.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the class.
- Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- A relevant Early Years qualification (minimum Level 2 or equivalent).
- Experience working in an early years / school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their wellbeing and development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive, positive, and flexible approach to work.
