Early Years Teacher - Market Harborough

Dunbar Education is delighted to be recruiting for an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a warm and welcoming school in Market Harborough. This is an exciting opportunity to nurture young learners at the start of their educational journey and help them build a strong foundation for future success.

The Role:

As an Early Years Teacher, you'll create a stimulating and engaging learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn through play and exploration. You'll plan and deliver activities that foster social, emotional, and academic development, helping children develop key skills and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Encourage learning through play, promoting curiosity and independence.
  • Monitor children's progress and maintain up-to-date observations and assessments.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers to support development.
  • Promote positive behaviour and well-being in the classroom.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working within Early Years (EYFS) settings.
  • A passion for working with young children and fostering their development.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
  • A creative, nurturing, and patient approach to teaching.
