Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing engaging and educational activities.

- Observe and record children's progress, providing feedback to parents and staff.
- Encourage positive behavior and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Help with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and outdoor play.
Requirements:
- A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being.
- Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A patient, caring, and enthusiastic personality.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and provide references.
