A primary school based in West Northampton has an exciting opportunity to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with social, emotionally and behavioural difficulties.
Due to the naturue of this role, the school is looking for someone with experience in care or a youth work environment. It is essential you have previous experience supporting either children or adults with behaviour difficulites.
As part of this role, you will be confident in de-escalating challenging behaviour, managing triggers, building a positive rapport and ensuring the pupil engaged with learning and general school life.
For the right person, this role is likely to lead to a permanent position.
