Dan is a Co-Director at Dunbar Education, so as well as helping the schools in Beds, Herts and North London to find their ideal teachers, his role is also in leading the team.
Dan has worked within Education recruitment for over 10 years and in this time has helped hundreds of teachers to find long term and permanent roles.
Dan is a big Leeds fan, although he also has a very large soft spot for Barcelona and has seen them 10 times in recent years. With both of his teams currently near the top of their leagues Dan is enjoying life at the moment. As well as being a football fan, Dan is also a YouTube sensation as a player, being the all-time leading goal scorer for the widely followed Hashtag United!
SEN Teachers and Support Staff
Courtney joined us in April 2019 and works with teachers and support staff within the SEN team.
Courtney’s job is to help the team to find candidates through Social Media and networking. She also ensures that we are offering our teachers and support staff a top-class service by ensuring we are alerting them to roles which meet their needs exactly.
Outside of work Courtney loves horse riding and socialising with friends.

Caitlin leads the Dunbar SEN team and has made a huge impact within Dunbar since joining in 2018.
As well as leading the team, Caitlin’s role is to work closely with SEN schools and Alternative Provisions to find the best teachers and support staff.
Caitlin is one of the brightest lights in our office and comes in at 7am with a big smile on her face. She has been cold for the entirety of her life and rocks a hat and scarf during the height of summer.
In her spare time Caitlin likes to jump out of places for charity and boomerang on Instagram like a pro.
Day2Day Team Leader
Louise has over 6 years’ experience recruiting into schools within Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire and joined the Dunbar team in January 2019 to launch our Day2Day division.
Since joining the team Louise has helped to build some fantastic relationships with our local schools and is a fountain of knowledge about anything and everything education!
Despite being in the office for 7:00am every day, Louise is never anything other than full of energy and we love her that way! Louise is a huge Westlife fan, having been to see them 7 times and has had an amazing career, from Police officer, Landscape Gardener to Dunbar Day2Day team leader!
Olivia works with candidates for both our Dunbar Day2Day and long term/permanent placements within Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire.
Olivia joined the team in the Summer of 2019 and is already a huge part of our successful team working with the local schools and teachers.
In her free time Olivia loves watching films, going to gigs and generally enjoying life with her friends and family.
Habiba Elmarini joined Dunbar in August 2018 and recruits across Mainstream schools in South East London and Kent.
Having worked in internal recruitment in her last position, Habiba’s strength lies in the detail and she goes the extra mile to ensure that the candidates she works with are well looked after.
In addition to being one of the most positive people in our office, Habiba is also another feeder, with a drawer full of food she is more than happy to share/inflict on her colleagues. The strongest will power can be defeated by Habiba’s Wine Gums and Milky Ways on a cold Tuesday morning.
Asad works within the Surrey and South West London team, helping to source new candidates for long term and permanent roles.
In addition to finding new applicants Asad also ensures that we provide a quality service to everyone who applies through Dunbar Education, offering advice on everything to CV writing and the process of applying for suitable roles.
Outside of the office Asad loves Music and fashion and a good sleep (averaging 10 hours plus a day).
Sophie joined Dunbar Education in 2019, having completed PGCE in Liverpool and her NQT year in a Buckinghamshire Primary school.
Being a fully qualified teacher and having experienced life in the classroom, Sophie is perfectly placed to help teachers through the journey of finding a new role. Her experience on both sides of the fence means that she in an invaluable member of the Dunbar team.
Sophie has become an integral part of the Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and North London team and although only having joined us in September 2019, is already big part of the Dunbar family.
George works with schools and teachers in Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. Part of the Dunbar Education team, George’s focus is purely on long term and permanent placements.
Experienced within recruitment, George has worked within the Medical sector for 4 years and made the move to Education with Dunbar in 2019.
George has a great eye for detail and is an extremely conscientious person in both his personal and professional life.
Outside of office hours George’s loves to spend time with his family and his girlfriend. In a former life he was a semi-professional goalkeeper, so working with George you are definitely in safe hands (sorry, that was awful)
Justin joined the Dunbar team in April 2018 and with his big smile and his Mum’s homemade curries he has been an instant hit in the office.
Justin recruits for both Primary and Secondary schools in South West London, Surrey and Hampshire, specialising in long term and permanent posts. An extremely conscientious consultant Justin will always take the time to listen to exactly what his candidates and clients are looking for to make sure that he can make that perfect match.
Outside of the office Justin is a talented basketball player as well as being a gym goer and general sportsman. He is also a Man Utd supporter (which was not disclosed at interview).
HR and Compliance Manager
Issy joined the Dunbar team in April 2019 and has already revolutionised our processes and ensures that we are adhering to the highest of compliance standards. So, if its Barred List, DBS or eligibility to work questions she will have the answers.
In addition to compliance Issy manages our Social Media accounts and assists the consultants with administration work.
Outside of the office Issy loves to travel the world sampling food (especially Pasta) and is an avid gym goer!
William Perrott works within our Essex and East London team, working with teachers to help them find long term and permanent teaching roles.
William has worked within recruitment since 2015, within IT and Education sectors and joined Dunbar in August 2019. In an extremely short space of time William has built outstanding relationships with the teachers he has worked with and takes huge pride in what he does.
William is a huge Charlton Athletic fan, even making the journey on his own for midweek games, and although when writing this they haven’t won in 10 games, his commitment is unwavering.
